Motivational Interviewing is evidence-based and said to be an integral role in counseling to initiate movement towards behavior change. How do Peer Recovery Support Workers and Peer Coaches utilize this powerful technique in alignment with their role of reducing power differentials? By using Motivational Conversation. This course will foundational learning to implement this powerful skill.

This training will take place over two 5.5 hour sessions. Total of 10 CEs.
