This is for a payment plan of $100.00 per week and $75.00 for the last month.
It is agreed that by submitting payment via this portal you agree to pay the entire fee as agreed upon.
Default of any monthly payment may result in the cancellation of your registration.
The full fee must be paid in full prior to each class as discussed in the email.
Any cancellation of this course will be refunded if cancellation occurs two weeks prior to the training date, less any Paypal service fees.

Peer Recovery Coach Training Series:
The total CEs awarded for the entire series is 54 CEs.
All classes are virtual.
Upon registration, you will receive a receipt with further enrollment instructions.
For the Peer Coach Training and Ethical Foundations you will receive a manual in the mail approx. two weeks prior to the start date. Be sure to put your mailing address in the fields provided.
Handout will be emailed to you for Suicide Prevention and HIV/AIDS.

All training will be conducted via Zoom. You will receive Zoom login information 1 week prior to the training start date.
