Since Jan. 28, 2019, I’ve had the honor of working with a new telehealth start up building a peer coach programn reaching rural areas across this country. All the hard work is taking shape as this team of passionate, seasoned change agents get ready to launch this program in their state, Alaska. I’m honored to have this privilege to know and build with this team of pioneers. From founders and CEOs to engineers, clinical and coaches…it’s time
Ginger Ross trains Boulder Care team of peer coaches to launch in Alaska and deliver virtual peer coaching integrated with Opioid Agonist Therapy (Suboxone).
After a year of hard work changing service delivery and building a model never been done before, it is all coming together as we move towards roll-out by bringing this passionate team of Alaskan’s down to Portland, OR to train with Boulder’s platform and Choices Peer Coach in the Emergency Department training.
“I’ve done a lot of trainings, and been moved by the people I am privileged to work with, and this group raised the bar. The Alaskan peer coaches are some of the most passionate, committed people I’ve had the honor of working with. Let’s do this Alaska!” Ginger Ross, Choices
